The Organizations service is the central registry for all tenants on the PCX platform. Every payment, virtual account, and configuration is scoped to an organization.

Key concepts

Organization — A tenant entity representing a business. Has a status (active, inactive, suspended) and a KYB state. KYB (Know Your Business) — Required before an organization can transact. Documents are uploaded via pre-signed S3 URLs, then reviewed by PCX compliance. Member — A user belonging to an organization, with an assigned role (admin, member, viewer). Invite — A time-limited token sent to an email address to onboard a new member. Permission — Fine-grained resource-level access control layered on top of roles.

Create org → Submit KYB → KYB approved → Transact
